♥Product Overview

☆X6242 universal turret head milling machine install one turret head on X6142 universal knee-type milling machine. The flexible turret head sleeve to match up direction movement, also it can be used for milling bevel, drilling, reaming or fine boring and processing inclined shallow hole.

♥Machine Characteristics

☆Mounted with different face milling cutter, cylindrical milling cutter, side milling cutter, angle milling cutter and formed milling cutter, drill, boring cutter, the machine is suitable to process flat, inclined surface, slots, arbitrary angle hole, gear and miscellaneous work pieces.

☆Equipped with optional accessories, such as dividing head and rotary table, machine can be applicable to versatile processing.

☆The movement direction is changed through mechanical clutch. Inside the feed gear box, mechanical clutch instead of magnetic clutch to protect machine parts and electric components and prolong lifetime.

☆Complete coolant and lubrication system.

☆DRO equipment is optional.
