Introduction:

General function: INCUBATION, HATCHING, BROODING

Controller function: automatic change between 220V AC and 12V DC, automatic temperature&humidity control, automatic egg turning, automatic ventilation, alarm.

Product characteristics:

I. Patented Controller

New developed patented controller. Able to control temperature and humidity more precisely and more reliably. Five modes: Chicken, Duck, Goose, Pigeon, Constant temperature. Humanity design; easy operation; plug-in for the controller, no need to deal with the wire, easier to repair or change.

Double-power supply: connected to both the 220V AC and 12V DC (storage battery), 220V AC will be prior power, when 220V AC power is cut, the machine automatically switch to the 12V storage battery. Once the 220V AC power is restored, it automatically goes with the 220V AC as prior power again. Effectively avoid the loss because of power cut.

II. Patented Inside Structure

New designed and optimized inter-cycling mean temperature arrangement. More efficient air flow and little inner temperature difference. Perfectly solve the problem of unevenly heating eggs, different hatching period, and low hatching rate. Whole structure made of stainless steel, beautiful appearance, superior quality, longer use life.

III. Patented Multifunctional Egg Tray

Patented rotating multifunctional egg tray, wide turning angle, possible to set as you want. Avoid embryo adhesion to egg shell and improve hatching rate. Possible to place any kind of egg (diameters > 2cm) in one tray.

Patented water swing. Fast and stable humidification. 4W micro-motor, energy-saving and efficient, the swing is resistant to corrosion, has no request for quality of water, with long use life. Satisfy humidity need in each stage of hatching, thus higher hatching rate.

Good heat preservation, firm, beautiful, long use life. 220V high voltage heater isolated from metal inside the machine, using insulated high frequency porcelain, avoiding hurting human due to leakage of electricity. All other consumers powered with 12V safe voltage, guaranteeing users’ security.
