Stainless steel gater spring, works clockwise or counterclockwise, oilite bearings for long life and has two mounting set screws. Rated for up to 8 hp. For years we have replaced clutches that were burnt up and torn apart due to over heating, for operator use. We will no longer do this. The only reason that a clutch will burn up is from the engine not having enough RPMs to enguage the clutch or being over loaded due to gear ratio being incorrect. If your old clutch was burnt looking you need to make sure all is correct before installing a new one, it can burn up on the first use.
