CBM-50 Sink Bottom grinding & polishing Machine

General Description

This Equipment is specially designed forgrinding & polishing the stainless Steel sink bottom.When it works, the sink turns around by even speed, the rolling polishing head clinging and attachingto the inside of sink make the cross movement with the acted direction of sink,by this way the sink will be polished equalbly and beautifully.  

It also can be used for polishing othermetal products with special designed fixing jig and polishing head.

Machine Working Process :
Load the sink on the fixing jig on working table→ Start the machine → The Polishing Head and sink start to turn round and round& up and down → Polishing until finish →  Automatic back to the originalposition → Unload the sink

Action process:
(lifting motor, up to the up limit switch) → X, Y servo“reset”to zero.  

After the reset, manual click clamping cylinder (M08) → press the “start” button→X, Y run to a certain setting point → down the lift motor to the down limit switch position → polished motor start (M32)→ X-axis Running 200 → Y-axis Running 150 → X-axis running200 → Y axis running 150 → polishing motor stops→ lift the motor up to the up limit switch positions → X, Y back to origin → finishing
