It is the basic type welding machine of resistance welding, it pressed surface of two welding pieces tightly, use resistance heating for plastization, then instantly exert upset forging ( or no upset forging but only keep welding pressure) to finish welding.

Comparedwith flash butt welding machine, it is much easily for worker to use and operate, the cost is much lower, and welding productivity is also more.

The welding joint is smooth, welding burrs are quite small.

The compactly designed structure which is easily adjusted to weld different parts.The special butt welding control circuits ensure the good welding quality.

The machine is suitable for welding low carbon steel, middle carbon steel, highcarbon steel, alloy steel, high temperature alloy, copper, aluminum, alsosuitable for welding low carbon steel + tool steel,  copper + aluminum.
