Q.What’s the distance of sensing ?
A. It’s 2-8 cm, and it also can be adjusted if you have special requirements.
Q.What kind of refill cartridges do you have ? And it can be used for both foam and liquid ?
A. Refill bottle, Semi-rigid bottle and disposable pouch. The dispenser is compatible with foam, liquid and spray types-simply change the corresponding pump(valve) as needed.
Q.Is it airless system for cartridge ?
A.Yes, both our semi-rigid bottles and disposable refill bags are designed with an airless
system. This prevents air from entering the container during use, ensuring higher hygiene, longer product life, and consistent dispensing performance.
Q.What’s the material of the dispenser ? And do you have stainless steel material dispenser ?
A.Made of 100% durable, high-quality ABS. We are a plastic mold-making factory, stainless steel dispensers are currently unavailable.
Q.What’s the volume of the dispenser per shot ?
A.Different dosage levels are available for the H3 commercial automatic soap dispenser by using different pump types. Foam: 0.7 ml/0.4 ml, Liquid/Gel:1.0 ml/0.6 ml, Spray: 0.9 ml/0.4 ml.
Q.Is there any way to increase the dosage volume per push ?
A.We can provide a customized pump with a larger dosage if the order quantity reaches 10,000 pieces.
Q. Can this dispenser be used for the soap with the alcohol ?
A. Yes, our dispenser is compatible with 70% alcohol-based soap. However, we do not recommend using highly corrosive industrial soaps, as they may cause leakage and negatively affect the dispenser’s service life.
Q.How long does the pump service life? It’s one-time use or can be reusable ?
A.The service life is approximately 100,000 uses; however, it depends on the purity and
cleanliness of the soap. The valve is reusable, but we recommend changing it every 5-6 bottles or bags of soap to prevent contamination.
Q.Would it possible to have a single dispenser model that includes both locking options integrated ( button+key) ?
A.Yes, we can include the key/locking accessories in the installation kit before shipment.
This allow end-users to select and replace the one they prefer.
q. would it be possible for pumps to be stuck to the bag once inserted so no one would be able to open the bag?
A. Yes, no-returnable pouch and semi-rigid bottle are available.
Q. Do you have any certification for the dispenser ?
A. Yes, we have CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications, and we will also apply for other relevant
certifications according to your requirements.
q. What’s kind of spare parts do you provide for the dispenser ?
A. Most customers usually choose bottles, pumps, and extra keys, but some also buy extra modules as replacements in case of accidental damage.

Q.Can you accept customization ?
A. Yes, you are welcome to request customized logos, colors, cover, cartridge and box designs. The MOQ for customized logos is 200 pcs, while the MOQ for color and box design is 2000 pcs.
