PQ47H is trunnion mount circular sector metal seal ball valve, with the advantage of low manufacturing cost, low flow resistance, reliable sealing.


Suitable for any medium without suspended solid. It could be installed in any direction, but the medium should enter the valve body against the valve seat and apply pressure to the eccentric circular sector semi ball(positive pressure). Eccentric circular sector semi ball valve for medium with suspended solid should be installed as shown in the picture below:

Eccentric circular sector semi ball is driven by upper shaft to rotate by 90 degrees around the upper and lower shafts. When rotating clockwise, the semi ball moves into the valve seat, under eccentricity, eccentric circular sector semi ball presses on valve seat, to seal, the valve is closed. When rotating counterclockwise, under eccentricity, eccentric circular sector semi ball leaves valve seat, turns 90 degrees to fully open the valve. Because of eccentric structure, valve opening and closing torque is small, flow area is large, flow resistance is extremely small.


FOR DN which is bigger than 600mm, bypass valve is suggested to installed in pipeline
