FAQ

 1)Do you offer the free samples? How can we get the samples?

Yes,we can supply 2-3 free samples to you, you just need to pay us the freight ,then we will arrange delivery by  DHL or FEDEX. Or you use your own courier account to pick up the samples.

2)How do you control the bottles’ quality before shipping them to us?

We have the professional QC department, every detail will be inspected carefully before shipment, inspection report can be sent to you before shipment.
 
3)If any damage, how will you settle it for us?

 We will do the 1:1 replacement for the damaged bottles that we sent.
 
4)Can you do customized decoration on bottles?

We can do decoration on bottles according to your requirements, like uv coating, coloring, silk screen printing, hot stamping ,paper label, metal label, etc.
 
5)How can we choose the shipping way?

For the small order,we will suggest you to choose  express,such as DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT,etc.
For the larger order,we will suggest you to ship goods by sea.If you need them urgently,you can ship them by air.
