Heating process: when the water temperature needs to be increased, the heat exchanger usually uses electric heat, steam or hot water as the heat source, and transfers the heat to the aquaculture water flowing through the heat exchanger through the pipe wall, instead of directly mixing the heat source with the aquaculture water, so as to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the water quality. Cooling process: if the water temperature needs to be reduced, the heat exchanger may use cold water or refrigeration system as the cold source. Similarly, the heat in the aquaculture water body is transferred to the cold source circulation medium through the heat exchange process to realize the water temperature reduction.
