DL series' control system adopts the Japanese FANUC 0i-TF (1) system (or other high quality system at home and abroad) and AC AC servo drive. It is easy to operate and reliable to operate. Spindle motor adopts high power, high torque and high speed main motor. Various kinds of turning parts such as shaft parts and less than 400mm 260mm can be made by turning.

1.Structural design of high rigidity

The lathe bed is made of integral casting, and the slide way of the lathe bed is tilted at 45 degrees. It has a large load bearing section, good rigidity and shock absorption, and can guarantee high precision cutting.

2.High efficiency and low noise design

The main drive system of the machine is driven by AC servo motor, which is directly connected with the high efficiency parallel V belt to drive the main shaft. The noise caused by the transmission chain of the gear box is avoided.
