1  Introduction

 

SCBH15 Seriesamorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type energy-saving transformer, whichcombines technology advantage with low-loss of amorphous alloy and good-insulation and strong mechanical strength of traditional epoxy resin pouringtransformer. Compared with the traditional SCB10series silicon steel dry-type transformer, it can approx. reduce no-load lossby 70%, no-load current by 80%, and operating temperature by 30-40; increasethe service life by 10 years. Moreover,SCBH15 Series transformer has theadvantages of fire resistance, flame retardant, high reliability andmaintenance free, which can be used in the power load center, suitable forplaces with high demands in fire protection and safe operation.

 

2  Feature

 

1) Ultra low loss,energy saving and high electricity efficiency--no-load loss saved by 70%compared with the traditional transformer;

2) Ultra lownoise--solved the operation noise problem by using three column amorphous core ;

3) Maintenancefree, zero pollution --Low electricity consumption can reduce SO2CO2emission, decrease environmental pollution and greenhouse effect.

Taking advantage of  transformer capacity to reduce the effect caused by harmonic , and reduce equipment investment cost, increase the  system stability.
