Anti-static air filter cartridge

Anti-static is anti-static aluminum coated treatment, the filter surface covered with a layer of thin aluminum breathable conductive coating to avoid static flash, used for dust explosion-proof condition.

3) Excellent resistance against electric conductance
 
Construction:
1) Top cap: open steel plate, no rust
2) End cap: open or closed steel plate, no rust
3) Filter surface: various available
4) Inner core: galvanized mesh
5) Outer strip band: one piece as reinforcement
6) Gasket: specialty rubber to ensure airtight sealing
 
Chemical Resistance:
1) Oil and water resistance: good
2) Hydrolysis resistance: Good
3) Acid resistance: Good
4) Alkaline Resistance: Good

Dust Release: Excellent

Applicable Temperature: Moisture 90°C, Dry 120°C
