A.Product performance characteristics

3. The servo motor imported from Japan sanyo and the PLC control from Siemens are adopted, with simple operation and stable and reliable operation.

4. Adopt advanced gluing system and vacuum drum combination to ensure high precision of labeling.Apply glue only at both ends of the label, reducing the amount of glue used to save costs.

5. Synchronous belt wheel drive system, screw rod and star wheel are used to enter and exit the bottle, so as to ensure smooth and stable product access at high speed.

6. The production speed can reach 4,000 bottles per hour, which can be produced by connecting with the filling line, greatly improving the production speed and saving the production cost.
