       Industrial pure titanium YA1, YA2, YA3 have good stamping performance. It can be 
welded in various forms, and the welding performance is good, and the welding joint can
 reach 90% of the metal strength of the matrix. Easy sawing and grinding wheel cutting, 
mechanical processing performance is good. The corrosion resistance is excellent for
 parts under 350 C and small force, and are punched into various parts with complex 
shapes. Such as condenser, marine corrosion pipeline system, valve, pump, chemical
 heat exchanger, pump body, distillation tower, seawater desalination system, platinum 
plated anode, aircraft skeleton, skin, engine parts, crossbeam, etc.


       TA6 titanium alloy has good welding performance, with higher creep strength, but the 
process of plasticity is low, deformation under thermal condition, alloy under axial load, no 
sensitivity to the incision, cutting performance is well below 400 DEG C working parts and 
welding parts of titanium alloy TA7 stamping performance is poor, the thermoplastic is good. 
It can be welded in various forms and has good performance. The strength and plasticity 
of the welded joint can be equal to that of the matrix metal. The mechanical processing
 performance is the same as that of the industrial pure titanium. The corrosion resistance
 is good, the high temperature thermal stability is good as the structural part under 500 C 
for a long time, and the titanium alloy TA8 of various die forging parts can be well 
thermoplastic. It can be welded in various forms and has good weldability. Machinability
 is the same as that of industrial pure titanium. Antioxidation is good for long working parts 

below 500 C. Engine compressor disc and blade can be made.
