UL-VD series high-precision camera positioning laser cutting machine is a model with DSLR camera system, this function could captures the whole working size image via DSLR camera at a time and automatically analyze to recognize the contour without comparison with design file format data, then accurately position for cutting without additional hand-work . The Max. processing area 2500x1800mm is limited due to the DSLR camera pixel and software limitation, it’s prepared for applications in the fields of laser cutting for small to middle size materials and suitable for special requirements production.
 
UNIKONEX  Technologies has developed this vision laser cutting system and make it ready on working together with general textiles CAD/CAM software, thanks for the technologies of genuine leather contour extraction and defect section marking, you can achieve the target for leather layout optimization and cutting all in one step. 1. Laser cutting machine design with UniSmartCut controller which is based on advanced DSP technology for improving the performance, dedicated speed controller software design ensures fast and stable moving, plus automatic laser compensation technology.

Even copying tolerances in the printed format can be compensated by software control.
