4, Adhesive coating appliance
Power: 6KW
Function: Coating average adhesive on surface of substrates after enter into this appliance in order to get high-gloss effort of coating layer.
Features:
1). PUR hotmelt adhesive application via 3 roller type coating way: metering roll, coating roll and even-adhesive roll; Metering roll is used to control the quantity of coating adhesive. Thickness of adhesive is controlled by coating roll up and down movement, after then thickness deviation of adhesive is controlled by even-adhesive roll. All of 3 rolls are connected with servo-motor system which fabricated by synchronic belt and linear guideway with available precisive auto-adjustment, as well PLC control.
2). In considering the accessibility of replace the 3 working rollers, the locating bearing on both rolls’ side are designed half opening type. It’s easy to replace the roller after detach the bearing covers.
3). As cleaning the rollers, the air cylinders will drive the transitive carrier rollers on both sides in order to reserve the working space.
5, aligning conveyor

Function: Heating up the substrates temperature meanwhile arrange the surface decos on right position, such as PMMA ie.

6, Lamination pressing device

Function: The substrates enter into the lamination combination area after adhesive coating. Surface deco sheet shall be aligning with substrate and either deco roll will be releasing by rewinding device so as to laminate both materials
Features: Pressing combination area comprise up&down two sets of rollers. Spacing adjustment apply servosystem to meet highly precisive controlling; hydraulic device controlling up&down roller adjustment conduct amply pressure to ensure effectivity.
7, Discharging conveyor
Power: power free
Function: unloading the finished substrates.
Features: chrome plate conveying rollers; substrates align automation; aluminium alloy body frame.
