Our WPC pelletizing machine equip with automatic feeding system for powder and flakes, the extruder is designed with moisture exhuasting system for taking out moisture from wood powder, the screw is adopting blocks structure which can change the damaged blocks separately to reduce maintaince cost, the barrel is adopting" one piece 8" structure to increasing the using life. more ever, the complete line has designed with moisture or smoking collection system to reduce the air pollution. if customer's would like to use automatic line, we also can design the material bin between the machines.

we equip high capacity extruder with specially designed screw and barrel for WPC granulation machine, it can work for 20-30% recycled PP/PE and 60-70% wood powder composition

For good plastizition of PP/PE and wood composition, we equip parallel double screw for WPC granulation machine.
the L/D of the screw is 40:1 to ensure the WPC material will have enough time to be plastizition and composited together.
We use special structure and material for barrel to ensure long time using life. our WPC granulation screw and barrel can be used for more than one year for continously production
