Product Overview
A women's cropped tank developed from a reference design, built from two layers so the inner layer shows at the hem. The reference is shown in a solid blush pink and in two polka dot combinations, for labels planning a layered look.
What the reference shows
A scoop neckline, thin double-layer shoulder straps, a low square back, a straight hem, and an inner layer that extends below the outer layer in a polka dot print.

Two-layer body
The tank is built from two layers, so the inner layer can be given its own print or colour and reads as a finished edge instead of a lining.
Printed underlayer at the hem
The inner layer extends below the outer hem in a polka dot print, which is the main visual difference from a standard tank.
Scoop neck with thin straps
The neckline is scooped at the front and carried by thin double straps, keeping the shoulders open.
Low square back
The back is cut low and squared off, so the straps frame the upper back on their own.

Development & Customization
The reference is a starting point. Layer construction, print, fit and branding are confirmed with you during development, before bulk production.
Layer and print options
The inner layer can be plain, printed or in a contrast colour, and the depth of the exposed hem adjusted. Artwork can be recoloured or replaced.
Fit and grading
Neckline depth, strap width, back shape and body length can all be changed. Grading is set after a fit sample is approved on live models across your size range.
Branding
A small logo can be placed on the back hem or inside the strap, and a woven label or heat transfer added without interrupting the layered edge.
Sampling checkpoints
Sampling checkpoints for this tank are how the two layers sit together at the neckline and hem, exposure of the printed underlayer, strap width and stretch, hem stability after washing, and a wear trial in the target size range. Sample rounds and fit approval are completed before bulk production, and no test result is claimed before it is verified.
