Product Description
1.Industrial automation PLC, controlled by all-in-one desktop computer and upper computer software, easy to operate, stable performance and high efficiency.
2.Automatic marking of heat-shrinkable tube labels via upper computer software with freely customizable characters; supports different label printing for 2-core wires. The heat-shrinkable tube is automatically fed and cut, with baking length freely adjustable via the fixture and baking position adjustable via the positioning device.
3.Output: 1000-2000 pcs per hour (depending on manual loading speed).

1.Standard with robotic arm auto wire pick-up device (applicable to standard wires only, excluding special wires).
2.Adopts UV light source printing technology, with clear, waterproof and oil-proof printed texts. Built-in memory function, supports Excel file import, serial number printing and combined document printing.
3.Laser marking requires no consumables, and works with various colored heat-shrinkable tubes (white, red, blue, etc.) to meet diverse process requirements. When the laser is off, it can process standard black heat-shrinkable tubes, compatible with all functions and fixtures of standard models.
4.Digital temperature adjustment and abnormal heating device monitoring. The heating device automatically protects when air pressure is too low, extending service life.
5.One-click system recovery to prevent parameter adjustment errors by operators.
