2% Chlorhexidine Swab Sticks
CHGPrep Medical Swab Stick is washed with 18 meg ohm D.I. water system in our Class
100 Cleanroom, going through drying process before it is impregnated with CHG antiseptic solution and IPA, individually pouch and pack. Substitute of Chloraprep Swabsticks.

CHG Pre Medical Swab Stick Feature:
Convenience of use
No Glass and do not require activation before use. Easy handling
No need to wait for sponge to saturate
Eliminate the need for forceps, gauze swabs, bowls, and bottled solutions
Tip made of medical grade 100 ppi, open cell polyurethane foam, soft, inert and hypoallergenic.
Non abrasive, latex free.
Foam is thermal sealed directly onto the plastic handle without use of adhesive make it more environmental friendly and RoHS Compliance.
It can be customized with the following formulation ratio content :-
1) 0.5% w/v CHG ( Chlorhexidine Gluconate ) + 70% v/v IPA ( Isopropyl Alcohol )
2) 3.75% w/v CHG ( Chlorhexidine Gluconate ) + 70% v/v IPA ( Isopropyl Alcohol )
3) 4.0% w/v CHG ( Chlorhexidine Gluconate ) + 70% v/v IPA ( Isopropyl Alcohol )
4) Povidone Iodine USP 10% w/v ( Equivalent to 1% Titratable Iodine )
