Method one (cold compress):
1.Open the lid, put in a small amount of water and then put ice cubes in. *The volume of ice cubes occupies 1/2 to 2/3 of the capacity of the ice pack.
 2. To prevent water from leaking out, close the lid tightly. *Note that it is not easy to seal tightly when the lid is tilted.
 3. Put the ice pack on the part that needs cold compress, and fix it with bandage or special protective gear.
*To prevent the ice pack from getting too cold, towels and underwear can be used as padding.
*In order to prevent the edges and corners of the ice cubes from scratching the bag, you can use water after the edges and corners of the ice cubes are washed away.
Method two (warm compress):
 1. Open the lid and pour 2/3 degree of warm water at 50~60℃.
 2.  Cover and separate warm compress areas with towels or underwear.
 3.  It is more convenient to inject water with a water heater with temperature adjustment function.
Note:
*Water temperature should not exceed 60℃
* Be careful not to burn when filling water
*Do not use microwave
*Do not use it for a long time in the same part, which may cause low-temperature burns.
