Our proprietary vinyl-stopped silicone with nano-dispersed silica reinforcement ensures exceptional resistance to nick propagation and dynamic stress. The unique polymer architecture provides 40% higher tear strength than conventional peroxide-cured silicone.
Unlike conventional silicone that nicks easily, our reinforced formulation withstands dynamic stresses. Repeated flex, stretch around sharp edges, and clamp loads won't initiate tears. Tested per ASTM D624 Die B consistently exceeds 32 kN/m, with some lots reaching 35 kN/m.
Operators can stretch parts over flanges or plugs without fear of breakage. High elasticity combined with tear strength means automated assembly lines experience zero failures. Field data shows 99.8% installation success rate even on sharp-edged components.
Function from -55°C to +225°C continuously. Tear strength remains high even at elevated temperatures – only 15% reduction at 200°C. Perfect for underhood, industrial ovens, and cryogenic environments. Low temperature flexibility down to -65°C.
