Duck canvas utility jacket with contrast corduroy collar and metal toggle front; smooth lining and flap pockets.
Product Description – Insulated Workwear Jacket
Designed for
streetwear labels, workwear programs and retailers seeking a winter-ready style, this jacket uses heavy
100% cotton duck canvas (12–14oz) for abrasion resistance, then receives a garment-dye and enzyme wash to create a soft
distressed rose tone with deliberate raw edges at the hem and collar. A smooth zipper front, diamond-quilted insulation and secure zip pockets deliver warmth and utility without bulk. Double-needle seams and bar-tacks hold up to daily wear—from warehouse rounds and delivery shifts to cold-weather commuting and lifestyle outfits.
Private label options include Pantone fabric colors, insulation GSM, hardware tone, thread color, woven/printed labels, patches and retail packaging. MOQ 100 pcs per colorway. 7–10d sample; 25–35d after PP&deposit.

FAQ – Insulated Canvas Work Jacket
Q1: Will the raw-edge hem and collar keep unraveling?
A1: No. The raw look is controlled with hidden stitching and bar-tacks. It will age naturally but won’t compromise durability under normal use.
Q2: Can we change the lining or make it warmer?
A2: Standard is smooth lining. You can choose quilted (various gsm), flannel, or sherpa linings; unlined is available for warmer regions.
Q3: Does the garment-dyed color vary by batch?
A3: Minor shade differences are normal for garment-dye. We lock a shade band at PP and use the same recipe to keep bulk consistent.
Q4: What are the MOQ and lead time?
A4: MOQ 100 pcs per colorway. 7–10 days for sample; 25–35 days for bulk after PP & deposit, depending on fabric/insulation and color count.
