Suitable for melting crucibles for rare earth metals (e.g., neodymium, dysprosium, terbium) and precious metals (e.g., platinum, gold, silver). Made from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ >99%) with excellent chemical inertness to rare earth and precious metal melts at 1800°C — non-sticking and non-contaminating. A critical consumable for rare earth refining and precious metal casting.
Suitable for high-temperature sintering boats and protection tubes for advanced ceramics (e.g., silicon nitride, silicon carbide, piezoelectric ceramics) and electronic materials (e.g., barium titanate, zirconia). Alumina crucibles offer temperature resistance up to 1750°C–1800°C with excellent thermal stability and high dimensional accuracy (±0.5mm), meeting demanding requirements for precision sintering processes.
Suitable for high-temperature boats and collection devices used in polycrystalline mullite fiber and alumina fiber production.
