Crafted from heavy-duty aluminum, they feature robust door frames sized 120mm*65mm*3.0mm (for exposed hinges) / 120mm*65mm*5.0 mm (for concealed hinges), paired with a 6 mm front aluminum sheet and a 3 mm rear aluminum sheet (configuration varies by model).
This door core is filled with either Class B1 high-density flame-retardant polyurethane or aluminum honeycomb material. As aluminum never rusts, this doors deliver outstanding waterproof, blast-resistant and fireproof safety performance while requiring minimal maintenance.
The finishes include Customized textures (product color options). The surfaces are treated with Austrian Tiger brand fluorocarbon powder coating, guaranteeing no fading, discoloration or paint peeling within a 15-year service life.
Smooth contrasting textures carved on solid aluminum sheets create an exquisite modern aesthetic.
