Application:

Laminating and coating machine is a utility type special equipment primarily for lamination of metal paper & paperboard and transfer, lamination, desquamation and colouring of aluminizing paper. In addition, it has all the functions of primary aluminium foil machine.

Performance Features:
1.The machine can once finish the work procedure of glue spreading, laminating, transferring, desquamating, coloring and cutting. It can also respectively carry out the above-mentioned work procedure.
2.Unwinding adopts magnetic powder constant tension control. Set up manual vertical and horizontal deviation rectifying function.
3.Glue spreading lamination adopts bi-roller transfer smooth mode gluing, the glue box can freely fluctuate and supply spring tension roller.
4.Coloring adopts netting twine roller rotogravure mode, pneumatic pressing. Set up scraper movement and stoppage damping unit.
5.The extension bow drying tunnel is for hot air heating, automatic control temperature in subsector and meter display.
6.Transfer desquamation adopts cylinder pressing and ironing device is provided.
7.Traction winding adopts moment electrical motor winding. Set up computerized length counting device and electric machine control automatic discharge.
8.The main power adopts variable frequency control, velocity change smoothing and constant stable running speed.
