Automatic slitting machine is specialized in slit paper and some rigid material(regular paper,kraft paper,flim

(PP,PE,PET),non-woven cloth,cope paper,Alu into small roll.

Key features:

1.We can supply the width from 800mm to 2800mm machine, it can cut the Max. Paper roll width is 

2800mm wide and 1500mm diameter. 

2.Equipped with Hydraulic lift up loading system for heavy material roll loading.  The Max. Loading 

weight is around 5000kg.

3.The cam size is 3'' and 6'' for different paper core size,the clamp arm can be moved freely.The min 

parent web width is 650mm.When the parent width less than 650mm,it also can used the 3'' or 6'' 

air expanding shaft for material roll loading. 

4.Equipped with 20kg RE brand Pneumatic brake from Italy.

5.It adopts Tech Mach Floating roller constant tension from USA which assume the constant tension for

the material feeding.

6.It adopts our latest technology--Double Frequency Inverter (YASKAWA from Japan)  to control the

material feeding and tension separate. Which has a merits of higher speed, higher precision and

stable function.

7.It adopts the double FUKATA inverter motor from Taiwan.

8.It adopts the double YASKAWA frequency inverter from Japan. 

9.It adopts Siemens PLC control and touch screen.

10.It adopts Three sets of Automatic Tension Control System which assume the constant tension 

for the material feeding.

11.It adopts the double SICK EPC from Germany.

12.It adopts the meter counter.
