30liters Horizontal Bead Mill

ZMX Series Horizontal bead mill is the update of the
ZM series. We have changed so many technical parts based on ZM series so
as to suitable for high viscosity materials production.

Features:
•Dynamic gap separator
construction changed. ZM series choose axial output, but ZMX series
choose radial output method. Radio output method enlarges the output
areas so as to ensure the materials flow come out quickly and decrease
the temperature.

•Spiral cooling system. The original cooling water
pipes diameter is 6mm, but the ZMX increase to 25mm. in addition, we
assemble air-cooling fin around the surface of the container. The
materials temperature when production can be decreased 5℃-10℃.

•Grinding discs material. We choose imported 400C or K110 grinding discs.

•More reasonable container diameter and length ratio.
•Better bears.
•Stainless steel grinding container.
•Double mechanical seal or single mechanical seal for you chocie.
