ZM5KB Conical Pins Bead Mill is suitable for superfine grinding and dispersion of medium and high-viscosity products.
There isn't grinding disc in the grinding chamber. All pins assembled in the conical grinding chamber to meet the high viscosity products.
Because the discs are hard to grind the raw materials.
In addition, because of the pins, the conical pin type bead mill can ensure better grinding particle size.

1. High precision space separating unit capable of self cleaning. Suitable for φ 0.4mm or bigger grinding medium. Separating space can be adjusted by selecting different rotor separating ring.

3. Forced cooling of rotor, stator and separating ring.
4. High precision bearing and double-mechanical seal.
