Pallet rack

Structure: Regarding the gravity pallet racking, by using roller rail system or pallet with roller and under the influence of gravity, “first in and first out” of goods is achieved. It is suitable for storing large quantity of goods with the same kind, taking full advantage of storage space. It is especially suit for the goods which short quality guarantee period and can’t be pressed for long time. In order to get the goods move freely, the racking should be equipped with brake if the slope is long; in order not to make the goods turn over when reaching to the bottom under great dash, the lower end of the slope should be equipped with separators and buffer. The loading capacity is less than 1500kg per pallet.

       Upright: NH1 TYPE (Upright 80),NH2A TYPE(Upright 90A),NH2B TYPE(Upright 90B),NH3 TYPE(Upright 100) ,NH4 TYPE(upright 120),NH5 TYPE(upright 140) ,NH6 TYPE(Upright 160) or customized by clients.

The non-standard ones can also be customized by clients.

Racking process:

1. Pre dispose

Black racking—degreases (remove oil in the surface, use Germany Henkel removes the rust and degreases) – water washing – Acid washing – Water washing – neutralization—Water washing – adjustment—phosphoric (neutralization hydronium phosphoric and prevent rust)—water washing—water washing

 2. Automatic Powder coating

Hang the part—pre dry—automatic coating—high temperature solidity – packaging

The powder coating is working on our advanced importing automatic powder coating line9USA NORDSON), epoxy resinic static coating, the surface rigidity is 2H, the attach strength is more than 2 level of GB92865-88 Standard, bear causticity (salt fog test) GB1771-91>500 hours, the surface coating is satisfy GB9286 standard.
