0.6-6.0mm thick hot steel coil Slitting machine

    KJS120 series slitting production line is the most popularized standrad line for customer to cut material  upto 6mm thick,  2000mm width of coil  ,with speed 120m/min,cutting strips 30 pieces. It has the merit of extensive application scope.The machine can do uncoiling,straightening, slitting and recoiling works. Machine  consists of uncoiler ,straightener ,front loop,slitting machine,scrap winder, rear loop,tension unit ,recoiler ,asisting support ,exit coil car ,hydraulic system ,electrical system and so on.
The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumueller, Delta, and Schneider. The information of order amount, cutting strips and speed can be input to the PLC systems.This line is highly automatic with low cost ,long sevice life reliable performance .
