Procedure 1: Load the metal coil on the decoiler mandrel, uncoil the coil thread

Procedure 2: Insert the coil thread into straightener, adjust the straightener to perform an ideal flatness

Procedure 3: Load the film coil on the mandrel of laminator, paste the metal strip and film strip together

Procedure 4: Insert the strip into the NC servo feeder, set the feeding length data so the servo feeder can feed the length accurately

Procedure 5: Operate the press machine (mounted with progressive dies) to cut the metal strip into round cornered metal blanks

Procedure 6: Non-automatic step: Operate the Engraving machine to engrave the metal blanks with numbers and the borders

Procedure 7: Non-automatic step: Operate the hot stamping machine to print the final colors on the numbers and borders
