Linear Filling and Capping Machine

Linear filling and capping machine can function as a bottle filler, bottle unscrambler， cap feeder and cap presser in one line automatically. This model uses four work stations to work simultaneously to enhance the speed of production. The Unscrambler device has double bucket bottle reservoir, which increases the bottle storage volume and solves bottle feeding problem. The filling device uses step piston pump filling method. Can set the filling amount for the four  piston pumps respectively on the touch screen, which ensures the filling of four bottles simultaneously and the accurate filling amount for each bottle.With PLC control, it is easy to operate and adjust.
