RTV-2 Silicon rubber is primarily intended for poly resin ,PU crafts, PU resin crafts ,gypsum crafts ,unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts ,plastic toy , printing irregular patterns of plastic toys, electroplating toys, trade makers , manual mold design, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics.

RTV-2 silicone rubber with features resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion,abrasion ,solvent, aging and deformation resistance & good thermal conductivity with high print times & good printing effect, catalyst is free charged.,low shrinkage, good tensile strength & reproduction time on the need of customer.

The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicon are listed as follows:

1--Adding curing agent 1%, the silicone can still be operated within 2.5 hours and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours.

2--Adding curing agent 2%, the silicone can still be operated within 50 minutes to 1 hour and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours.

3--Adding curing agent 3%, the silicone can still be operated within 28 - 30 minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.

4.--Adding curing agent 4%, the silicone can still be operated within 10 - 15 minutes and can be demoulded after 1 -1.5 hours.

Why is the appearance of the finished mold striate and unsmooth?
It is because the appearance of the product or the model itself is not perfect, and it has not been polished before the further operation. So when you make silicon molds, firstly you should polish the product, spray the mold spray evenly on the product. In this case, the problem can be avoided.
