Operation Instuction of  liquid silicone for printing pad RTV-2 Silicone Rubber for Pad Printing is two-compont silicone rubber, part A is liquid silicone rubber, part B is catalyst, the usually mixing ratio for silicone rubber for pad printing and catalyst is 100:2-3, eg. We take 100g of liquid silicone rubber for pad printing, then we add 2-3 grams catalyst, and mix them evenly and pour it to your mold. Then after 2-4 hours, you will obtain a silicone rubber printing pad.

1. Why does the silicone pad can not drop oil well?

 During the process of manufacturing toys, the steel mold need to spray the release agent for every dozens of products, the first or second product exists lots of release agent on the surface regarding the mold having just sprayed with the release agent. It is very normal that the incomplete printing patterns of more than 2 in 10 plastic toys or products which are not sprayed with paint  may not drop ink well. If the product is directly taken for pad printing before being cleaned by the thinner, hence, the phenomenon just arises.
