Instructions for  liquid silicone rubber for shoe molds  

1. Brush some release agent to the original sole mold.(release agent can be soap water, detergent, Vaseline etc)

2,Form a box for the original sole mold.

3,mix our shoe sole silicone with the catalyst (3%~4%)evenly and pour the mixture to the box.

4,After the shoe soles silicone rubber cured, simply demould it ,then you will get a finished sole silicone mold.

Shelf life of liquid silicone rubber for shoe molds:

8-10 months when stored under 24°C in original unopened packages.

Package of liquid silicone rubber for shoe molds:

Packed in 20kg/pail + 20kg/pail and 200kg/pail + 200kg/pail.
