21Plex Autosomal Kit: contains all 20 autosomal loci and 1 sex locus that can be warehoused.
NC22Plex Supplemental Kit: contains 22 autosomal supplemental loci recommended by the Code of Practice for Biological Full Sibling Testing (SF/Z JD0105002 —2014).
Combined use of 21Plex Autosomal Kit and NC22Plex Supplemental Kit: the number of STR loci being tested is 39, containing 19 mandatory loci and 20 supplemental loci listed in the Code of Practice for Biological Full Sibling Testing (SF/Z JD0105002 —2014).

• Containing all mainstream STR loci: 21Plex Autosomal Kit contains 20 autosomal loci and 1 sex locus. The data gained during database construction are highly matched with those in public security database, featuring high application efficiency.

• Super high resolution, sensitivity and anti-inhibitor ability.
• Rapid amplification, the amplification time is less than 1.5 hours.
• Combined with our 21 Plex STR Fluorescent Detection kit, the number of detected loci can reach 40.
• Meet the "Code for the Implementation of the Identification of Full Biological Syndrome" published by the Judicial Administration of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of PRC in 2014, it recommends to increase the number of detected loci from 19 to 29 or 39.
• Strong compatibility, compatible with the direct amplification of various samples and the amplification of purified DNA.

Y27Plex Fluorescence Detection Kit: contains 20 low-mutant Y-STR loci (mutant rate less than 1%) and 7 rapid-mutant Y-STR loci (mutant rate higher than 1%). Its loci types are the same as those of Yfiler Plus.
Y34SE Fluorescence Detection Kit: 27 low-mutant loci + 7 rapid-mutant loci= Y27Plex + 7 low-mutant loci (also equals to Yfiler Plus + PowerPlex Y23).

• Y-STR database construction, suitable for male family investigation, featuring a strong individual recognition ability. The kit contains all mainstream loci in Y-STR database (includig all the loci of Yfiler Plus and PowerPlex Y23).
• Y34SE contains 10 mini-STR (amplifying length under 220bp), which can acquire more information from DNA degraded samples.
