Bike light bracket

It's the Bike light bracket. At first, we CNC machine it in AL6061 and ship it to our client to check the design and quality. After all the tests done, we moved to the volume production, we did with die casting and post machine. Die casting the aluminum body and post machine the holes to achieve the accuracy, then sandblasting the surface. There is also a TPE part to assemble from the bottom.

We don't have MOQ, this order is about 500-10000 per year. Small volume and large volume are both ok for us, we have a complete production system to support you from prototype to production.
