Stator Insulation Paper Insertion Machine

I. Description

-The machine is intended for slots insulation of stator stacks. The machine is pneumatic driven, it is composed of paper feeding, paper cutting, paper pressing, punching and paper insertion device, high efficiency.

II. Machine features

-Operator is requested to standing operation.

-One working station. Operator is requested to manually put one stator onto the paper insertion station, after finishing paper insertion, operator is requested to manually remove the paper inserted stator and put another new stator onto the station.

-Easy operation, high efficiency. Equip with Photoelectric safety door and double hands “start” button to ensure the safe operation.

-It has punching slot and folding function.

-Adapts high strength aluminium alloy section as the frame of the protection cover.

-If only stack length difference for the same stator, only mechanical adjustment is needed, no need to change tooling.

-one operator takes care of one machine.

Manually placing and removing the stator stacks from the paper insertion position.

Automatic insulation of the stator stacks.
