Thisstator coil inserting machine is used to insert coil and wedge into statorslots. It adapts servo motor as the main driven source. Firstly manually putthe wedge into the coil insertion tooling, put the coil into the coil insertiontooling, then press "start" button to insert the wedge and coil.Themain difference between this machine and an automatic type inserting machinelies in the wedge processing unit. And due to this, this semi-auto type machineis much inexpensive. With a lower cost and high production efficiency, it issuitable for motor manufacturer with a volume about 500pcs/day.
