Regeneration Plastic Granulator

1、   Uses, Performance and Features

Waste plastic granulator machine is combined with host machine , sub-machine (auxiliary), cooling and pelletizing parts. this wet and dry granulator machine has large screw diameter, large output, low noise simple structure and other characteristics. Machine equipped with automatic drain and vent.  The quality of the produced granule is good. And the output is high. It efficiently improved the work and reduce costs. It applies to materials with waste silk PE.PP film crushing, waste bags, waste film recycling old plastic granulation processing.

 3．1．Feeding Model ：force  feeding

3．2．Main screw diameter: 155mm, Screw is made of the 38CrMoAlA  Steel, After being azotized in a thickness of 0.3—0.6mm, hardness ≥740HV ,brittleness grade II

Main cylinder diameter:220mm, cylinder is made of the 38CrMoAlA  Steel, After being azotized in a thickness of 0.3—0.6mm, hardness ≥740HV ,brittleness grade  II

3．3，Screw and cylinder diameter：3000mm

3．4. The GEAR BOX ZFY280B, shell  is made of the cast steel, gear is made of alloy steel and through the milling treating, which make the machine enduralbe and runs smoothly with lower noise.inside of the speed reducer adopts the compulse lubrication, which equipped with the water cooling system.

3.5. Main motor: 55 KW-6P Inverter Speed Regulator

3.6 Extruder mould: Hydraulic filter double changer, Mould size:  260×2

3.7 submotor screw diameter:135mm
