II. Structure Description

1. Mechanical component:

feed-in coil car → decoiler machine → open and feeding device → leveling machine → bridge → measuring device → flying shear (cutting machine)→ conveyor belt → stacking system  → feed-out coil car.

2. PLC system control with high performance, adopting closed loop control, flying shear match up with automatic speed, high sensitivity.

3. Reliable hydraulic system, high strength and rigidity structure.
