Characteristics

1. Power source for a number of independent servo motor, encoder transmitted by the link lunch crankshaft angle signal to the control system to achieve the functional operation of synchronization with the punch.

2. With a misfeed loop to ensure the safety of  mold and the machine.

3. Main frame is made of welded structures, each axis by high precision ball screw drive moving, positioning accurancy. The feeding system can use 3 in1 feeder.

4. Automated production. Human-interface controlled.

5.PLC and touch-screen control system can directly view the operational status and exception monitoring, the stamping parameters can be entered through the touch screen, easy to adjust the settings and simple maintennance.
