Semi-automatic Plastic Tube Pressure Detector

    The detector is used for checking edge sealing strength, heat seal quality and the whole bag bursting pressure, seal leakage performance of packages and aseptic packages which are formed by a variety of sealing, bonding processes, as well as for measuring the indicators of tubes overall sealing properties, compressive strength, cap connection strength and release strength, thermal edge sealing strength.At the same time, the detector also can be used for evaluating and analyzing indicatiors of the packing material compressive strength, bursting strength, cap torque sealing tightness, the stress intensity, and the bottle body tightness, compression resistance, robustness,etc.

    Note: The gas supply pipe joints are φ10mm Polyurethane Pipe, gas source shall be supplied by user.
