For smaller race events or running events, this is also a great clock. It is the same clock with GS65R/XT, the difference is this item comes with a bigger tripod, which is much more stable especially in windy weather. The shortcoming is it is not as portable as GS6T5R/XT.
Although this clock is not water proof type, for some small running events, it is still worth of having one. Besides, you can also easily connect this clock to an external 12VDC output battery to power up the clock. We provide two types 2.1/5.5mm connector with short cables for connecting your external battery for free. So, when you purchase battery, you can just purchase battery with USB port or just a battery with naked positive and GND connector, anyway will make it work. (of course you'd better find an electrician to help you on the connecting work).
The digits are made by Red color LEDs, which can work for 100,000 hours. The time chip has a tolerance of 2-3 minutes per year. So, it's relatively rather precise.
