Upright, Horizontal Agitator Series

The agitator is mainly used to whip and cure preliminary mixed polyacrylamide mother solution in the curing tank.
Our company’s agitator has the advantages of compact structure,stable operation, credible working, low noise, small shearing force,logical structure design, good sealing, corrosion proof and so on. It can carry out intelligent shift and stereo tiny whisk on fixed rotation speed and time curve according to the curing degree and curing demand of the polymer solution, which is aiming to reduce the mechanical shearing and viscosity degradation to the mother solution.
At present, we have developed 30kW, 22kW, 15kW, 11kW, 4kW, 2.2kW, 1.5kW series products for whisk polymer injection, surfactant and sulphonate. We can also process special structure design and manufacture according to the user’s demands.
