Two-phase test separator

1.A two-phase separator is designed to separate gas from the oil which contains little water. When inflow from oil well flowed into the separator through inlet pipe-line of separator, the inflow will be disassociated into gas and oil after it impact the front panel and bubbles-contained oil-foam were crashed, oil-gas flow go though the energy absorber at inlet, the first phase separation is completed.

2.The oil-gas flow can get a buffer after it went through the first-phase separation and the corrugated board, thereby fog-foam will be removed from gas flow and residual liquid drop can be cleaned out. The separated clean natural gas will go into an anti-vortex mist collector and put out from the tank,and then the natural gas shall enter into air progress after it goes through the testing air orifice plate device and pneumatic control valve. While the separated oil will go through oil pipeline and be discharged into meterings system.
