Hose

Hose consists of oil-resistant and weak acid and alkali resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, steel wire enhancement layer and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer rubber layer. The finished product has a metal joint.
 

Main applications: Mainly used for drilling fluid circulation of petroleum drilling system and conveying control fluid during oil field borehole operation, widely used for geological exploration, hydraulic coal mining and cement and slurry conveyance. Operating temperature range: -30ºC~120ºC.
 

Quality standard: The hose meets the requirements of SY5469-92 Rotary Drilling Equipment-Hose and API Spec7K.
 

Specifications: φ38~φ102*2SP series, 4SP series, 6SP series (SP refers to braided layer), maximum operating pressure: 70MPa, maximum length of single hose without joint: 25m. Products with different pressure class can be designed according to customer demands to match various joints.
