Inner shell is made in 304 stainless steel plateof high quality and automatically plasma welded, which reduce the heat affectedzone and ensure the welding quality. 

The structure of sealing door is electricallifting, tooth-embedded locking and pneumatic sealing. Door plate is processedby the whole panel. Security devices in sealing door ensure the safety ofoperators and machine.

Pipeline is connected by seamless pipeline ofhigh quality 304  stainless steel; main control and active instruments areall of international top brand, which ensures the stable operation ofequipment.

Loading cart is of the frame structure withstainless steel and high space utilization rate.

Adopt pressure steam as the sterilizing mediumto achieve the uniform sterilization between 105   ~127 centigrade.

Upper computer adopts touch screen as HMI, bywhich the working process can be displayed dynamically, making the operationmore visual and convenient. Users can also manually operate the equipment andmake special configuration if needed.

ASM Series Ampoule Water Sterilizer

Water of high temperature is sprayed to thesterilizing bottles for heating and sterilization. The uniform sterilizationbetween 70~127 centigrade can be achieved, which has the features of uniformtemperature, wide temperature control range and reliable regulation andcontrol.

The control techinique of computer configurationprocess with international advanced level is adopted. The whole control systemis composed of upper computer that  executes the command, which has maturetechnique and abundant experience.

Upper computer adopts LENOVO commercial computeras HMI, which the working process can be displayed dynamatically, making theoperation more visual and convinient. Users can also manually operates theequipment and make special configuration if needed.
