COLO-1732 gas fired powder coating oven is widely used in powder coating industry, 3meter length allows batch production of various metal parts, such as vehicle wheels, frames, profiles, furniture, etc.
Gas fired powder oven has significant advanatges of energy-saving and cost-saving, comparing with electric oven, it save more expense of energy consumption, comparing with diesel oven, it eliminates air pollution.

PLC Controller
The electric controller panel controls all functions, it allows to easily set temperature & time as well as displays actual inside temperature to get a wonderful powder coating curing effect.
Powder Coating Oven Trolley
Standardly equipped with two manual trolleys, an inexpensive solution for transporting heavy workparts by using less force. One internal trolley only move in the chamber of oven across the hall that does not pullete the furnace. The external trolley load the internal trolley for outside transportation.
Circulation Fan
2.2kw circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. In order to make parts cure with a quality finish with even gloss and consistent color.
RIELLO Gas Burner
An imported Riello burner takes full utilization of fuels, saving energy at the same time giving much quicker raise to a required temperature. The combustion process is clean and pollution-free.
Powder Coating Oven Material
Interlayer is 100mm thickness rock wool board, maximize the effect of heat preservation.
Inner wall is 1mm heat-resisting galvanized steel.
Outer wall is anti-rust color steel, durable and long lifespan.
